When a 9-1-1 call routes to a call center, 9-1-1 dispatchers use highly technical maps to identify a caller's location. Training on a new mapping system is taking place at ACOG today. Trainers from 9-1-1 centers across Central Oklahoma are receiving training on the upgraded system. They will in turn will train dispatchers at their individual centers. The upgrade provides more visually-engaging maps, which lead to better dispatching. See more photos on our Facebook page.
