911 Dispatchers with the City of Bethany's Call Center (Public Safety Answering Point) went life on Friday with upgrades to their 911 system. The change is part of a $4.35 million, system-wide upgrade throughout the 911 ACOG region. the changes include an upgraded mapping system and upgrades to the 9-1-1 software, hardware and network.
